TAB (in the person of Patrick@Durusau.net) has raised a number of issues against our CD02:

1) Thank Patrick (done)
2) Ask how he suggests we treat the issues in JIRA (done)
3) Address the key themes:
   a) Normative Text and Conformance

   b) How to treat non-technical  content such as the roles and responsibilities in the RPE
