In addition to Trey’s comments.

It was not obvious to me what the difference between a product and a service was in terms of STIX/TAXII.

Is service one where you provide a managed service to a consumer/customer?

Or is it a background service such as a daemon process running on a linux machine?

It might help the questionnaire results if the terms were clear.
