DITA 1.2 Feature Proposals folder

Hi all,

I have created a new folder named "DITA 1.2 Feature Proposals" in the Documents area of the OASIS TC working area. Please upload proposals for DITA 1.2 to this folder -- both the source XML and the generated HTML.
