Subject: DITA 1.1 CS level files posted
This is just a notice that the Committee Specification level of the DITA 1.1 spec has been posted (I removed the standard notification to avoid flooding inboxes). It's the same as the last Draft version, but is now officially labelled Committee Specification. Thanks to Simcha Gralla here in IBM for editing the PDF covers to add new links and titles.
