Status of em and strong proposal

I had an action item from last week to check on the status of this stage 
three proposal. Here's what I found:

23 March 2020: Keith sent stage three proposal to list (E-mail:

07 April, 14 April 2020: Discussed at TC meeting; changes requested in 
proposal before vote (Minutes: 
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/202004/msg00017.html)
21 April 2020: Keith said he would send updated proposal to the list 
(Minutes: https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/202004/msg00017.html)
