RE: [docbook-apps] multiple tgroup and FOP

Yes, it is the double id causing the problem. I looked
at the generated FO file and the table tag id is
duplicate indeed. Making this id unique eliminates
the error.

Quite strange how XEP would ignore this error and
FOP would choke on it.
