That sounds reasonable, I think. In fact, the stylesheet detects if the image is to be scaled by checking some attributes, like 'width' or 'heigh'. If they were specified, it considers the user wants to scale the image (even if they represent the real image size) and skips the image map generation. Therefore there is no way to manually set the size.
