oXygen's XML Diff (http://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_diff_and_merge.html)
and DeltaXML (http://www.deltaxml.com/) are the two commercial
differencing products I'm aware of. I believe that DeltaXML does
generate the revisionflag-marked output documents.
