Re the second one, that's why the 'readme' file is there
in the same directory as the stylesheet..  isn't it?

There must be lots of users who 'don't want to bother with all that
legal stuff' until it goes out of the door, hence don't want it.

As I said, its choice, and the design says the choice is yours.
(more of case of pleasing most of the people most of the time Scott ;-)
