Approval of Minutes of DSS TC conference call of 22 March 2004 Approved, pending correction of spelling of Katherine Li's name. 6. Review of outstanding actions ACTION 04-02-23-4(bis) - Paul to propose how Policy wise server profile fits in with other profiles. Paul posted proposal document March 31, awaiting feedback. Leave Action Item open to follow-up. ACTION 04-03-22-1: Frederick to contact Karl Best for appropriate URL prefix for the DSS TC. Resolved and closed. Upon acceptance of Committee Draft, number will be assigned to replace placeholder. ACTION 04-03-22-2: Chairs to investigate TC website capabilities for grouping core and profile documents. Done. Specifications, Profiles (General), and Profiles (Specific) all added to Documents (View All). Closed. 7. Core and Time-stamp profile. 7.1 Outstanding issues Trevor stated that TimeStamp profile was stable. There was a brief discussion surrounding Karl's TimeStamp handling suggestion (i.e. wrap ds:Signature in dss:XMLTimeStampToken, and reference to TstInfo ID). It was decided that the wrapping would make it easier for conventional verifies to work and was a good idea. Additionally it was decided that referencing into the TstInfo via a fragment ID was also appropriate. Trevor to update as part of version 19 of core specification. - Paul's "Profile Integration" document posted to site on March 31. Paul re-iterated that there was no impact on the core specification. - Nick posed the question of whether it was time to go to ballot and submit a Committee Draft and cut a CD. Hal stated that 2/3 of voting members were required to ratify and approve. It was decided that this would take place at the next meeting on the 19th. 8. Discussion on profiles. Report on the status of the work for each of the profiles. - Code-signing http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss/download.php/5967/oasis-dss -1.0-profiles-codesigning-spec-wd-01.doc Pieter updated the group on the asynchronous processing issues and XKMS' approach and similarities. Profile development progressing. - Entity seal http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss/download.php/5924/oasis-dss -1.0-profiles-eseal-spec-wd-02.doc Nick reported that there were mapping and CommitmentType issues to be resolved but saw no problems. - Policy wise server http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss/download.php/6039/oasis-dss -1.0-profiles-pws-spec-wd-02.doc Paul stated that the profile was stable. He mentioned that the PolicyAuthority signature handling would have to be included in the profile, and also that identifiers would be required. Profile development concluding. - XAdES http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss/download.php/6206/oasis-dss -1%5B1%5D.0-profiles-XAdES-spec-wd-02.doc Juan Carlos reported that the 2nd version of the profile has been posted. He is added the ability to request XAdES form types and has allowed support for both the ASN.1-based 101733 and the XMLDSIG-based XAdES. He is awaiting review and feedback. Profile progressing. - German Signature Law <http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/dss/download.php/6023/oasis-ds s-1.0-pws-German Signature Law-spec-wd-01.doc> No update. - EPM Ed expects to have a draft posted to site within 7 to 10 days, taking into account the discussion on the XAdES profile. - WS-Security Work in progress. - Judicial signing Lots of dicsussion took place surrounding possibly having a draft ready by the 15th-21st in time for the LegalXML Face2Face scheduled for the 27th/28th. John and Nick to attempt to meet this date. - Notarial Still in the early stages, no update from last meeting. 9. Any other business None. 10. Confirm next conference call: 19th April 04 Confirmed.
