new Observer for next conf call

Dear all,

The purpose of this message is to notify that  the chairs have received
a message by  Glen Benson requesting the participation in the next
conf call as an observer. In his own words:

"I would like to discuss the possibility of an active participant status, and
introducing the JPMorgan/RSA collaborative effort into the agenda."

IN consequence, the agenda of the next conf call will add the corresponding
iterm
