Maybe we should take a straw poll here.

I would prefer if we deprecated the XSD at
http://www.untmg.org/downloads/General/approved/BPSS-v1pt10.xsd

and ASAP - by making some incremental changes that we know 
already we need - I'm sure we have plenty of such we can do - and 
then put that out at Kavi - as an interim working draft. 

I really do not feel it appropriate that we
direct people to the www.untmg.org site - that is just confusing 
IMHO.

If people concur - I'd be happy to produce a draft schema with
help from other team members that we can then post to Kavi.
