There will be a learning session on control flow – JJ to lead

Issue 41 – Name/GUID discussion
-JJ stated need to support reference by “name” to support late binding to appropriate GUID at runtime
-Dale seemed to think this was a reasonable justification
-David Webber agreed
-Consensus forming to leave spec as is.
-Fujitsu to provide explicit proposal to present for closure of this item.

Discussion re: Face to Face at SUN on Feb 4-6.
-Monica stated that everyone needed to sign an NDA and declare nationality.
-May need to decline invitation to work at SUN if attendees are required to execute an NDA
-Need to confirm no conflict with OASIS rules and charters.

Lars comments re: late binding of time to perform.
-Want support for late binding with time to perform attribute
	3 options:
	1. standard BPSS doc header
	2. change ebMS to allow timeout
	3. Use CAM spec 
-No issue id assigned yet for this topic?

-BPSS is the target for the late binding of time to perform
Problem statement:
-Need urgent time to perform and normal time to perform.
-Selected at runtime.
