As discussed on Tuesday, Sacha Schlegel asked a question re: the 
ConditionExpressionType and we determined that an update to the schema 
annotation was beneficial.  Please review and comment.

Updated schema annotation for ConditionExpressionType defaultValue 
attribute (wd schema 25 Feb 2005):
Change from:
  <xsd:documentation>Allows a default value to be specified for the 
Condition Expression.</xsd:documentation>
Change to:
  <xsd:documentation>Allows a default value to be specified for the 
Condition Expression. This default
  value is expressed as an xsd:string. To acquire an xsd:boolean, an 
XSLT constant boolean function of true/false may be 
used.</xsd:documentation>
