Subject: [ebxml-cppa-negot] dependencies
Someone pointed out to me that the negotiable items may not be able to be negotiated in an arbitrary order because there may be dependencies among some of them that fix the order in which things must be settled. Security aspects of some of the protocols might be one example. Any ordering dependencies would have to be able to be expressed in the NDD. When we resume work on the negotiability spreadsheet and negotiability patterns, we need to keep this in mind.
