The timeToPerform for a binary collaboration is covered by CPPA issue 19, which was targeted for version 1.1 with the note "Consider override; Add to implementers guide". Thus its exact disposition for 1.1 remains TBD. The timeToPerform for a business transaction activity is covered by CPPA issue 18, which was targeted for version 2.0 (or later).
