[ebxml-cppa] Updated schemas and examples to go with the 1.08 draft

We have since found a number of issues in the schemas and examples included in the zip package. An updated zip package for the schemas and examples is hereby provided. The changes since the 1.07 version include:

• Use of "http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ebxml-cppa/cpp-cpa-2_0.xsd" as target namespace
• Change namespace location for XMLDSIG to "http://www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core/xmldsig-core-schema.xsd"
• Replace bpss1.02.xsd with bpss1.03.xsd (distributed by Pallavi this week).
• Change uuid for business process in examples to conform to URN syntax
• Change PartyId/@type in examples to conform to URN syntax
• Remove spotty annotations from the CPP/A schema because those were only intended to highlight recent changes to TC members, and no effort has been made to annotate the entire schema
• Remove comments automatically generated by schema editors to identify the products being used
