I will work on a complimentary meeting room for you. You need to bring
everything you need for the demo. PA is a union state and it is my
understanding that you need pay for anything that is not yours. Have someone
throw an extra power strip in their suitcase, I am sure they will have an
extension cord. They provide the projector and the screen. I don't know what
other equip. you need. It looks as if there will NOT be an extra assessment
because you do not need internet connectivity. You do not need a white paper
or slides. Members of the INTEROP get free exhibition passes but if you want
to attend classes you must register and pay the conference fees.

What I need from you is the list of participants ASAP for a press release.
Thanks!
Dee

mm1: Dee, will there be a charge if we use a meeting room to prepare for
the demonstration?

mm1: Can you also advise on these other questions, so we know what
equipment we need to bring, and if we don't what the overall costs are.
Finally, do the demo participants have to pay for the conference
registration? Thanks.
