Technical Note: Registering Web Services in an ebXML Registry

Greetings,

The OASIS/ebXML Registry TC has just released a Technical Note named
"Registering Web Services in an ebXML Registry" [1]. This document is
authored by myself and Farrukh Najmi of Sun Microsystems. This is the
first of a series of Web service-related documents that the Registry TC
is planning to produce.

While the primary audience is implementers, some of the information in
the appendices on service description representations may prove
informative. The intent of this document is twofold (not in priority
order):

(1) To provide guidance to vendors on implementing Web services
functionality in ebXML Registry products
(2) To raise awareness of Web services capabilities within ebXML
