I'm not sure I understand the question - help me out some more here
please?!

Also - in regard to language usage - CAM utilizes the UID mechanism
in the ContentReference section.  Inspection of the mechanisms used will
instruct on the abilities to handle localization and other business needs,
and also show how CAM gets around the tag naming issues - by allowing
people to use their own local tag names - but still tie them into a
global dictionary - such as the UBL nouns.

Hope this clarifies the reference here - I was trying to stay at a high
level without going down into the weeds of specifics.
