You must contact Amy Piotrowski at (816)283-4984 and indicate that you are with the OASIS group for the IACREOT conference. You can also email her at amy.piotrowski@westin.com. Please let me know if you have any problems. They are almost booked for this conference. The group rate was $138.88 USD but it expired in early May. I am trying to make arrangements with the hotel to extend the rate for our group. I need to know exactly who needs a room and for which days plus indicate nonsmoking or smoking. Please do this today, I have reserved some rooms but I had no specifics to work with. The meeting will be held in Kansas City USA on Thursday 20 June at the Westin Crown Center hotel commencing at 11.00 CDT (12.00 EDT, 17.00 London time). The full address of the hotel is One Pershing Road, Kansas City MO 64108. I will send out a full agenda and papers for the meeting later this week. The main agenda item will be to review comments on version 2 of our EML documents and agree changes to v1. It is unlikely that we will be able to provide a teleconference facility for this meeting but I will confirm this again later this week. As you may be aware, we are holding the TC meeting alongside the annual IACREOT conference in Kansas, and there are a number of interesting speakers at the conference on 20th, so I will be taking the opportunity to hear some of those either side of our TC meeting. I would recommend you do so as well. There may be points arising from these presentations that we should consider in our meeting. The conference details are available at http://www.iacreot.com/. I do hope many of you will be able to make it to KC as it would be nice to put faces to names!
