overview document for EDXL: review requested

Over the weekend I made a couple editing passes over the
CAP v1.1 public release article [1], trying to improve
its content/accuracy based upon reviewer feedback.

Because the information about EDXL started to outweigh
cribbed text describing CAP v1.1, I created a separate
document dedicated to EDXL [2].

If anyone has critical comment about the draft document
on EDXL, or URLs for key resources that have escaped my
notice, please send email. Also, if any of you has
presentation materials (e.g., from conferences)
or descriptive prose (e.g., pre-print articles) that
would fill in any gaps or provide additional overview
from the OASIS perspective, please forward the
document(s).
