The IRC has been involved in EMIX and EI for some time with some changes in personnel.  The EMIX information model specifically included resource models that follow the resource models used by IRC members.  The EMIX model included locational information, information on additional ISO charges, and information on IRC transmission rights and charges. IRC representatives participated in such development.  More work may be done by EI to use recent IRC contributions to develop an IRC market profile in Energy Interop (post EI 1.0)  as has been done for OPENADR and TeMIX.  Up until now this was not a priority given to Energy Interop and it is clearly not an issue for EMIX.
Issues with respect to SEP 2.0 and EMIX have been addressed in other comments.

I recommend this issue be closed.
