The Warrants element you point out does not address the fundamental issue that all EMIX is providing is an 'empty bucket' into which we may place anything. This does not then allow us to say EMIX meets that requirement. Environmental is still empty and regulatory not even addressed.

Also, this thread has not even begun to touch on the recommended changes to the flicker elements which have been identified as needing some work.

I would still argue this remains open.
