Hi Walt,

Thanks for your introduction, and suggestion. We're going through an
organizational revamping phase...we've already gathered all the
introductions at this point...we're in the process of determining what is
the best way to make the information available through links from our site.

Now that we have a HM.frameworks document in order, possibly you could
enumerate some of the miscommunication issues that arise in the
aforementioned scenarios?  I thought your stories from Phase 0 were pretty
entertaining...mostly relating to male/female miscommunication issues..;-).
Should I consider that your expertise, or your strong interest?   In all
seriousness however, these are very important areas of human
miscommunication to deal with.  Maybe you could enumerate the different
areas of miscommunication where an explicit representation could really
benefit...
