Susan had asked me to write the article, but I wanted to ask for support
from the group as well.
It will be a broad overview, describing the most important use-cases of
HumanML related to human communications within the government.  I'll post an
outline when I get a chance.

I also something a few weeks ago on the board for Humanities/Computing
articles submission..don't remember the details (and don't have time to
search the archives right now), but that may also be of interest to you guys
as well
