Well, you are just now sending out the text and it has been two weeks since you mentioned this so the deadline being close is not a problem of my making.

I object to you submitting on behalf of the TC text that we have never reviewed as a TC. Why can you not just submit as yourself? You cannot claim to speak for the TC as we have not discussed the content in any detail, besides we are a very new TC that has not done ANY substantive work yet.

Kelvin,
   the deadline is midnight (few hours from now).  Either we spend our
time discussing this or we submit all the options we have for this
conference and secure a place at the conference and decide on the
logistics at the next TC meeting.

I mentioned during the last TC meeting that we should submit a panel
proposal (with no objections).

Please advice.
