If there is a problem with BoA hosting on those dates, I can host at the Mountain View Office (just down the road from the Computer History Museum)

Ok, the dates are fixed at 28/29.  I will work out the logistics for the BOA, Concord Location with Dominique this morning.

This face to face IMO is quite important for the deliverable. So participation from majority of the use case submitters is critical.
