IT case and the others

please find in attachment some examples of citations to the most 
important Italian legislation and the relative URN following the syntax 
of URN:LEX (old version NIR).

I am attaching also all the pilot cases collected till now:
- US
- LUX
- UK

in order to discuss today how to harmonize this material.
