Dear Melanie,
table are very welcome. We need to decide an harmonized table
convention for avoiding to affect the readiness of the document.
In substance we need to decide which format of table to use in
harmonized manner in order to make easer the scientific and
technical comparison analysis. For doing that we need to
distinguish our examples in two different categories: i)
"identification of the document" and ii) "citation to a document".
identification:
<type of document>, <text of the preface>,<name
used by the canonic citations>, <name used by the
abbreviated citation>, <uri>

This case is very critical because the bill in Uruguay is managed
in conjunction between the Chamber of Deputies and Senate with a
unique ID.

table format, but I didn’t know if I could put in a table.
