Example of Jurisdiction markup

Dear all,

as I promised please find in attachment a raw example of UK act where 
the jurisdiction is marked up.

The section 3, subsection 1 says:
"This Act extends to England and Wales and to Scotland."
So all the sections of this document have the same "restriction".

with a very deep granularity.

In the sec. 12 we found: "Section 7 extends to England and Wales only." 
and the rest of the act is E+W+S+N.I
