Subject: RE:[legaldocml] documents sample with documents include inside the content of another document

Dear Monica,

I think that I need a little more explanation on the difference between componentRef and documentRef.

From my (maybe too simple) vision,
- componentRef is used for a fragment of a very large document that is put in a separate file and
- documentRef is used for identify included document for different reason (subdocument can be an attachment, the copy of an already existing document (extractStructure) or a document completely amended (quotedStructure).

So, for me, componentRef is a technical issue associated with fragment (I can replace the body of the fragment in place of the componentRef) while documentRef is a logical composition associated with document type elements (I can put a complete bill or act in place of the documentRef).

If this is correct, it seems to me more logical to be able to represent correctly these documents, to accept also documentRef (and his associated document type elements).  Another solution is to define another element (includedStructure or something like that) to represent a subdocument inside the body of another document

Kind regards

Dear Veronique,

I have tried to model the first case (motion with embedded the proposal) in very raw and incomplete way, but for the relevant issue I have used successfully <componentRef>.

I have used the last version of Akoma Ntoso released on Dec. 20th.
I hope you agree on this possible solution.

Yours,
Monica

Hello everybody

First of all, I wish everybody all the best for 2014, happiness and success.

You can find hereafter two examples of document that contains inside his body, the original _expression_ of another document
  • the first one is the annex to a motion for a resolution that contains a proposal for a regulation.
  • the second one is a motion for a resolution that contains inside a point of a list of the first paragraph, a list of amendments (called "modification") to another document.  After this list of amendments, is the second paragraph of the resolution.  For these amendments, it is always the original version.

So, for these examples, the <extractStructure> is not the correct markup as it is not the "extract from another document".
