Subject: RE: [legalxml-courtfiling] OASIS Electronic Court Filing Monthly Conference Calls

With what little we have going on right now, quarterly conference calls
would probably be enough. If we do that, I think we should get tougher
on participation requirements to maintain voting member status. We
should also make better use of the list for updates, questions, or input
needed between meetings.

Subject: [legalxml-courtfiling] OASIS Electronic Court Filing Monthly
Conference Calls

Gentlemen and Ladies,
We have been struggling the last few months to get conference calls
together. There have been a number of issues--lack of attendance,
mis-communication on time, and problems with the conference call
provider.

We currently have a conference call scheduled each month on the second
Tuesday, at 12:00 noon Eastern Time. That's 11:00 a.m. Central, 10:00
a.m.
Mountain, and 9:00 a.m. Pacific. Our next call is on March 9, 2010.

My questions are simple:
1. Do we want to continue to pursue monthly calls? If not, would every
two months be better, or is having it on your calendar every month
preferable?
2. What can we do to improve attendance--I can provide donuts, but I'll
be
the only one eating them :-))
3. I need some help here. . . what do you folks want to do?

Please reply to this message, so I know what you all are thinking.
There
are 9 voting members besides myself, so I am looking for 9 replies!

Sincerely, your secretary and nag,
Robin
