Nick, I can understand how frustrating this must be for you. Scott McGrath manages the operational process that sets parameters for the member account deactivation, and he clearly is the right resource to directly address your situation. Scott is out on holiday but will be back in later this week. He is in the best position to provide us with recommendations for the types of adjustments to our process that can eliminate or reduce the impact you have experienced.
