Subject: RE: [obix] encodings: shorter json names

I have some urgent commitments that have come up as well.

Would someone chair the meeting today?

That are reasonable changes, I will incorporate them and create a new working draft.

Due to a public holiday in Austria I am not able to attend the telco today.

I’d like to suggest using ‘nodes’ instead of ‘childNodes’, and ‘tag’ instead of ‘tagName’ in the JSON encoding.  This would be a shorter version that would convey the same meaning.

Also, if ‘tag’ is not specified, it should default to being ‘obj’.  This would further reduce the size for many cases.

Thanks
