odf 1.2 and workflow

Not sure if workflow enhancement should be a feature requirement for
ODF-Next, but one (not necessarily me ;-) might come up with a use case
about using the new (RDF) metadata for implementing workflow /
publishing / security in ODF.


For example: 

- adding "audience" metadata on paragraphs (like DITA), so one can
process a single document and generate different documents for "end
users", "techies" etc

- adding "security classifications" on paragraphs

...
