Subject: RE: [office-accessibility] FW: [office] Validating ODF documents -- Our role in this process?
Mary's right. The TC's wiki is meant as a scratch pad for TC work. The purpose of OpenDocument XML.org is to educate and engage the wider community. We have an "Assistive Technologies" page now in the OpenDocument XML.org wiki (http://opendocument.xml.org/assistive-technologies). Anyone registered for the site is welcome to edit that page, add links, and add new pages to the wiki. An outline of other wiki pages is at http://opendocument.xml.org/wiki, instructions for posting are at http://opendocument.xml.org/contribute-content, and a tag cloud is at http://opendocument.xml.org/categories Please let me know you have any specific questions or if I can help in any way. Hi folks, The TC wiki is intended to be just that - for the use of the TC members to coordinate on work items. It is not intended to be something used by the "wider community". May I suggest that if you have wider community topics they get posted on the ODF focus area? Carol can help with any setup issues. Indeed. I'd like to see the TC's wiki expand and restructure a bit. There is stuff that is really only interesting to TC participants, like action items, etc. But then there is stuff more widely interesting to the wider community of ODF users. I think as part of that it would be nice to have an Accessibility page, perhaps with overviews/links to the ODF 1.1 Accessibility Guidelines document, to the ODF accessibility proofing tools, to the DAISY converter, etc. -Rob "Mike Paciello" <mpaciello@paciellogroup.com> 05/05/2008 01:23 PM Please respond to <mpaciello@paciellogroup.com> To <office-accessibility@lists.oasis-open.org> cc Subject [office-accessibility] FW: [office] Validating ODF documents -- Our role in this process?
