RE: [office-formula] Congratulations! OpenFormula Committee Draft 1 (CD1) passed!

At public review draft stage, and later, then we need to hand this over to 
Mary to post on the OASIS site.  But since this CD is not going to public 
review, we only need to:

1) Edit the text so the front page says "Committee Draft 01" and gives the 
date of approval.
2) Update the running footer to reflect the same
3) Upload the text to the TC's respository in PDF, (X)HTML and original 
ODT source.
4) Update the TC's home page to link to these documents

Typically the editor does the first 3 steps and one of the Chairs does the 
last step.
