Hi Patrick,

I think I won't be able to attend today, but I think that the group is 
close to agreement (or at least that there are not many open issues).

The remaining issues I think are more questions whether something should 
be a *shall*, a *should* or a *may*, rather than really different 
options. That's why I have asked Svante to volunteer as an editor for a 
first draft, provided that this okay for the group. I hope that this was 
okay for you.

BTW: Thanks a lot for forwarding the language/country proposal to Martin 
Bryan. His comments are very helpful.

BTW2: I think you mentioned the OASIS Symposium some time ago. It seems 
that I will be able to attend. Will you be there, too?
