Rob,

First of all well done.  I think, prompted by Patrick, you have a
touch for popular stylish blurb.

I think the "some things to bear in mind" can be integrated into the
(evolving) wiki page here -
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/Requirements .  Looks like we now
have sufficient discussion content to warrant a call on the 27th.
