*Public review of A11Y guidelines
The TC unanimously approved to put forth A11Y guidelines for public review.

* TC co-chairs Michael and Rob
Two votes required:
1) simple majority to have two co-chairs instead of one chair
2) full majority to accept the additional chairperson

The TC unanimously approved to elect a co-chair.

Michael nominates Rob as co-chair.
There will be an electronic ballot running 7 days for accepting Rob as TC co-chair

* TC Editor role
The TC unanimously approved to assign the official role of TC Editor to Patrick

Lars will leave the TC due to change of employment. Attending the TC call Nov. 
12 for the last time.
The TC thank Lars for his work as TC secretary.

The TC unanimously approved to accept the proposal at

* proposal: drawing page name/title
"title" attribute instead of "display-name"
Both attributes are optional from a schema perspective. A11Y can recommend on 
using the attributes in the A11Y guidelines.

ACTION: Michael to ask A11Y SC for feedback on title and description attributes 
for drawing pages. Also ask about same attributes for sheets in a spreadsheet 
document. Also include sections in text documents.
