The proposal does not consider the new structure according the resolved OFFICE-4125.

The proposal does not contain how the background behaves if the graphic object gets a SMIL animation. Possible actions: The object retains its start fill and only updates the fill after animation is finished, or the object updates the fill during animation.

The proposal needs an explicit restriction to graphic objects in presentation documents (in case that is intended).
