Updating the OIC TC Page

Dennis (Secretary) and OIC TC,

As TC Process requires keeping the official TC web page
current with links to the latest versions of TC
deliverables [1], could you kindly update the OIC TC
web page with the relevant description [2] for the CS
version of "The State of ODF Interoperability Version 1.0"?

The web page currently cites CD04 [3].

If you prefer to have Staff make the update, please
contact Kim Goolsby and convey any special instructions
to her for web page editing.
