Which is bloody hard work to thread through.
Hence the suggestion, by 7 or 8 people, that ideas are captured and filtered
on a wiki or similar, common open space.


 From there filtering through to a finished document can happen where
the editors filter
can be identified as such.

http://sites.google.com/a/odfiic.org/tc/Home seems to be (IMHO) the
easiest to work.
