I'm in Pretoria right now, with Patrick Durusau and
Steve Pepper.  We're speaking at the conference mentioned in the interview
Rick links to.  I lost a couple days in travel (Boston -> Atlanta
-> Dakar -> Johannesburg) which explains the delay in my responses.
 I'll be similarly incommunicado at the end of this week.
