Proposed final wording for new Standing Rule

At the 20 Feb TC meeting we adopted a new standing rule intended to facilitate the balloting of new versions of standards being developed. OASIS rules require TC standing rules to be posted on the TC page at oasis-open.org. I believe the wording created during the meeting needed a bit of tuning to sound like a proper standing rule. My rewording is presented below; please let me or the TC co-chairs know if you believe my rewording alters the intent of the new SR.

Here's the wording that Duncan put into the meeting notes:

Duncan Sparrell moved that the TC adopt a Standing Rule to allow a TC co-chair to submit a SC Working Draft for eballot to be a Committee Specification Draft or a Committee Specification Public Review Draft.

This motion carried by unanimous consent.ÂÂHere is my proposed final wording for the Standing Rule:

SR-5: Authority to Create CSD / CSPRD Ballots

Adopted 20 February 2019

The Technical Committee (TC) grants the TC co-chairs the authority to submit a Working Draft released by a subcommittee for electronic ballot for approval as a Committee Specification Draft (CSD) or a Committee Specification Public Review Draft (CSPRD).
