At the same time, I would like to point out that there needs to be some 
kind of comparability among the reputation. Otherwise, one of the goal 
for this spec., the portability and aggregatability will be lost. 
Representing it as a statistical value ("score") is one way to achieve 
these requirements.

"Stars" are visual representation of the "scores" as "grading". Or 
perhaps could be characterized as a projection of the score onto 
discrete points. In one extreme case, all the scores may be mapped to a 
point, e.g., [0,100]->"4 Stars". In such a case, just having "stars" are 
not terribly useful. So, at least, I think there SHOULD be "scores" 
available, whether it is shown to the users in a GUI or not.
