Discussions

1. Public review of COS

A public review of COS started on December 1, 2021. As of today, no external comments have been received. TC members did one more review and posted their comments at the TC mailing list.

2. Modifications to the specification document

Most of comments by TC members are editorial on miss spelling and grammatical errors. Kamimura created a draft of modified document that incorporate all the comments posted by the TC members.

  • One topic discussed was whether a sentence is needed or not to acknowledge the contribution of Prof. Aoyama in the Acknowledge section. It was agreed to add a sentence such as "The current PROMCODE TC members would like to express the appreciation of his leadership, expertise, and dedication of Prof. Aoyama who served as the PROMCODE TC Chair from March 2014 to May 2021." Yabuta-san will post a comment on the need of modification on Editors names and affiliation and of the change needed on Acknowledge section.
  • Matsumoto-san pointed out that the name of Kobayashi-san of NEC is missing in the current list of TC members in the Acknowledge section.

3. Publishing ttl files

Andrew gave us an instruction of the process of publishing shapes.ttl and vocab.ttl files as a part of the OSLC project. The process is done by pulling a main depository of the OSLC project in Github and adding files in a forked repository and then, pushing it to the main repository.

4. Web site of the PROMCODE Consortium of Japan

Yabuta-san reported that the whole web site has been migrated to a personal server managed by Nakamura-san of Fujitsu. The site is now up and running.

Actions:

  • Yabuta-san to send their review comments on Editor's section and Acknowledge section of main spec document to the TC mailing list as a log for change to be made to the document.
  • Kamimura to start the publishing process of ttl files to the Github repository following Andrew's guidance.
