Carolyn, Rob and I have now tested the net-meeting facility and it seems to work quite well. I therefore suggest we all try it this afternoon.

What will happen is that you will get an e-mail (automatically generated) inviting you to the meeting. If you click the URL, everything happens automatically, except for a security message where you click Yes.

Please call up on time because the invitation "thing" might take some time.

If this fails we’ll go on without the net-meeting.
