Attached is a copy of the PPT that I put up on Wednesday. The original was prepared as a discussion document to see how MoD UK could set up a contract environment for the purchase of product data using STEP. The notes provide a reasonable explanation of the concept. What was proposed as "Implementation Guidance" seems pretty close to what we are now calling "Business Specifications"
